Our trained and compassionate caregivers provide the highest-quality, in-home care to adults 18 years and older living in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington, and Westmorland County. We know that each of our clients has unique needs, desires, and budgets, and we are able to customize a care plan ideal for each situation.

Our personal involvement doesn’t simply end with caregiver placement. We also monitor our caregivers and regularly check in with clients and their families to ensure that we are doing all we can to help them live safer, happier, and more fulfilled lives.

Meet Our Founder

Deaira Peoples, MHA

Chief Executive Officer

Deaira’s passion for helping others can be traced back to her high school job as a dietary aide at UPMC Canterbury Place, serving residents meals and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. Throughout her career, she worked as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and patient care tech (PCT) in specialty areas of psychiatry, oncology, geriatrics, and orthopedics at various hospitals and facilities.

Deaira is a proud alumna of the PennState University where she received a bachelor’s in science and a master’s degree in Health Policy and Administration. She is a mother, member of the PennState alumni association, cheer mom of the Notorious Superstars, and enjoys cooking, making TikToks, traveling, and researching the evolving healthcare market trends.

Deaira takes pride in operating a client-focused, quality care driven, and safe organization. Her goals include expanding homecare services and locations and becoming the most preferred agency in the state. In addition, her primary goal is to operate Peoples Care under the supervision of an exceptional leader, fostering long-lasting client and employee relationships while upholding the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
